Our expert coaches use a fun combination of movements, games and activities to get our kids to love exercise.

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong.

Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

Gymnastics

Outland Gymnastics is a fun and energetic recreational program offered through Outland Health & Fitness in Altona, Manitoba.

Our experienced, high energy coaches teach young athletes the proper techniques and fundamentals of gymnastics from tumbling to flexibility, strength and balance while providing a safe and inclusive environment.

Our progressive programming ensures the athletes are motivated, encouraged and challenged to reach their potential each and every class.

Kids Class

Improve your kids strength and stamina for any activity. This fun workout consists of light weights, jump rope, boxing, circuits and fun games!

Strength

Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.

Healthy habits

Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Teamwork & leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.

Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
