Beginners Class

– Your Starting Point Starts Here

New to fitness or getting back into a routine? Our Beginners Class is the perfect place to start. This class is always available, so you can join anytime—no waiting for a new session to begin. You’ll learn proper form, build strength, and gain confidence in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Class times: Mondays & Thursdays at 5:00 PM
