I joined Outland April of 2019. I was bored of at home workouts and was looking for something different. I joined an 8 week challenge and I fell in love. Outland has challenged and supported me to do more than I ever thought I could, I’m stronger mentally and in the best shape of my life.

You couldn’t ask for better coaches or community than this place. Everyone is ready and willing to cheer you on and push you to do your best. I would encourage anyone that would be on the fence to come and try it out what do you have to lose? I’m a mom of 2 young kids and work full time it’s about making the time for yourself so you can be the best version of you. Outland is continuing to help me be the best me I can!!


I feel better both physically and mentally, I have more confidence, I’m able to be more active with my kids, and I have a better understanding of what it means to live a healthier lifestyle. The coaches take the time to walk you through each step and make sure you’re on the right track.
