Working one on one with someone who knows what they are doing has boosted my confidence , and has helped me think outside the box. I am not so stressed, because of the positive encouragement I am getting during my sessions. It is important to them that I get the most out of it, which makes me want to try harder, they don't let me slack off, which equals better results.
Working with a trainer has been critical to improving my health. I love the fact that he is watching closely to correct movement's that I am doing wrong. He is flexible in changing some movements if they are not working for you.
After eight and half months of group classes, my strength has improved so much! I CAN DO A BOX JUMP!!! That definitely didn't happen at the beginning. When I wake up, my body feels strong and capable. I can lift that heavy paving stone in my yard and not kill myself!
